How To Do This:

+ Email everyone you work with the series of questions below each Thursday Evening.

+ Everyone must Reply-All by 3pm Friday. 

(Once you get in the habit of this, most people will take notes throughout the week anyway so it is not a scary imposition.)

What a joy it is to hear input, ideas, and feedback from people who work with you! 

It is good to do this for at least 3 months in order to get a new culture habit going.

Q: Could You Do More?

A: I think you can always do more! I'm focusing on this next week. When a project is done I can do more by double checking the text - removing unecessary wording or adding more power words. At first I was intimated by this question, but really it's empowering!

Q: What is the best thing that happened in my department this week?

A: The best thing was the webinar that I tuned into. I was very fearful and doubtful that I wouldn’t understand what was going on or the terminology used. It really gave me a sense of confidence in myself and a more “I can do it attitude” instead of “I can’t”.

Q: What did we do this week that accelerated the process of making it easy for employees to connect with management?

A: I love using the project management app's with the team. Instead of creating a formaI email I can simply check off when a task is completed. Using technology that fits in with my lifestyle makes everything easier (and even more fun).
