I’m excited to share a few fun facts that you may not know about me [so you can get a feel for who you will be working with].
We had one of the first Mac computers growing up. Hello flying toaster!
I’m 1/2 Norwegian, 1/4 French, 1/4 Irish, .
I tend to not have ‘favorites’ of anything: food, travel places, books…
When I take paper notes I use a PaperMate black pen: flair, medium tip.
Favorite perfume: CoCo Chanel Mademoiselle. Second place Gypsy Soul.
I dedicate an hour a day reading books.
I am very picky about my wine glasses. The thinner the better! (and I love red wine too)
24 years red meat free.
My father named me. (he is awesome <- he made me write that)
I have traveled to 45+ countries. Largely helped by studying abroad 3 times in undergrad.
I have circumnavigated the earth on a ship.
Once I had a shaved head. (see number 11 as to why)
I was captain of the Varsity Dance Team In High School.
I'm forever on the lookout for the world's most perfect deodorant.
As a kid, I held a handstand long enough to win an entire week at overnight gymnastics camp.
I still practice handstands at least 3x a week.
Camped up to the Arctic Circle to meet relatives I had never met before!
Daily morning ritual: water, coffee, make bed, practice gratitude.
I only like to burn candles that are made of soy or coconut.
My first job at 13 was a photographer at the local newspaper – with black + white film.
Longest time awake: 4 days, in South Africa. And then I went great white shark diving.
Nominated to attend Collision Con, a Tech mega conference. They invited global women entrepreneurs ‘pushing the meter’.
My great-grandmother, grandmother, mother, and I all have the same middle name: Katherine.
Not only is my closet color coordinated, but also divided by sleeve length, and season.
I have had a Monkey Fist on every keychain I have ever had.

Halloween is my favorite holiday and I’ve never missed a year dressing up. Last year I went as a stack of pancakes.
I have a Masters Degree in International Education.
Once upon a time I owned a Smart Car and I tried to race everyone on the highway – I lost.
