Having grown up both as a film photographer and without the internet, Sonja was intrigued by the possibilities during a global digital shift. Sonja holds an M.A. in International Education from the SIT Graduate Institute, a B.A. in Cultural Studies where she studied abroad three times; Kings College London, Semester At Sea, and the American University Rome. She is certified through M. Forleo’s B-School, and holds advanced certificates in Marketing and Advertising. In her past life, Sonja worked in Higher Education as a Study Abroad Director in Los Angeles, California.
